Summary
After another full slate of play yesterday, here is what you can look forward to as we enter Day 3 of the tournament.
Open Men
After the top sides picked up wins yesterday, a blockbuster clash awaits later tonight when heavyweights and title favourites Australia and New Zealand do battle. India are top of the table but will expect stronger competition when they come up against the UAE and South Africa. Meanwhile England and Sri Lanka will clash in an important fixture for both, and either Singapore or the USA will pick up their first win when they meet earlier this morning.

Open Women
There are just four matches on the schedule after six were played on Day 2. Sri Lanka and Singapore will be looking for their first wins, whilst New Zealand are looking to bounce back after yesterday’s loss to Australia. Australia and South Africa, both unbeaten so far, will clash later this afternoon.

Under-22 Men
Each side got one match in yesterday, with Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and the UAE all claiming wins.
Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka Development, India and England all suffered losses, but will look for their first victories with each side playing twice on an eight-game schedule today.
Heavyweights New Zealand and Australia will clash later this evening on the broadcast court.

Five matches await the Under-22 Men’s competition today with New Zealand and South Africa proving to be an intriguing match-up. UAE will be looking to consolidate their position when they meet England, whilst Australia will come up against India, looking to stay atop the standings.

Under-22 Women
Five matches are also on the Under-22 Women’s schedule, with Australia and England both playing two matches, as both have a game in hand presently.
Leaders New Zealand will be looking to take the momentum from their win against Australia yesterday, when they meet the UAE. England have two tough fixtures against Australia and New Zealand and will be looking to keep pace with the UAE, who also have a game against Sri Lanka.
